INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Onion - 1
Green Chilly - 3
Curry Leaves - few
Carrot - 1
Beans - 6
Capsicum - 1 small
Chappathi - 10
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as needed
Preparation
Cut vegetables, onion, and
chappathi into a thin sliced pieces
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and let it splutters
Add onion, green chilly and curry leaves. saute them till onion turns
transparent
Add carrot, capsicum and beans along with turmeric powder and salt.
saute them for 2 - 3 minutes. (sauting vegetables for more times makes them
loose its crunchiness)
Add the chappathi and mix everything together. close the lid and let it
cook for few minutes.
